Â鶹ÍøÕ¾ provided construction management services for Avita at Needham, a new 36,000 SF assisted living facility specializing in the care of people with memory impairments. This new state-of-the-art facility includes 4 country kitchens, a beauty/barber salon, brain gym, and nurse’s stations as well as multiple meeting places and office space. Residents are housed in private or semi-private 1- or 2-bedroom apartments. The exterior includes landscaped courtyards with sensory and meditation gardens.
