Â鶹ÍøÕ¾ is all about teamwork. I don’t know of a group that works together as well as we do, and our commitment to developing excellent client relationships is unmatched.

As Vice President of Preconstruction, Frank oversees the daily management, coordination, and successful completion of the preconstruction phase of projects. He is responsible for ensuring we meet cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and bidding.

Frank joined Â鶹ÍøÕ¾ in 1995. He is a graduate of Bridgewater State University and has completed OSHA safety training.

Over the past few years, Â鶹ÍøÕ¾ has made some major improvements to its operations, and I’m looking forward to seeing how we grow in the years to come.

As Vice President of Business Development, Steve is responsible for managing the firm’s partnerships with existing clients while at the same time building new relationships. Steve works with senior leadership on strategic company planning and oversees all sales and marketing efforts.

Steve earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Trinity College and holds a construction supervisor license from the state of Massachusetts. He is a LEED® Green Associate and a member of the Young Contractor’s Council. Steve has completed OSHA safety training and is certified by the Red Cross in Adult First Aid/CPR/AED.

Our people are awesome and accomplish great things every day. The synergy that develops over the years between our repeat customers and our staff is fantastic.

As Vice President of New York Operations, Dave oversees quality, adherence to budgets, and customer satisfaction for the Tri-State region. Dave is responsible for managing Â鶹Íøվ’s resources to develop successful projects for new and existing clients from the early phases of preconstruction through project completion.

Dave earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering technology from Central New England College. He holds a Construction Supervisor License from the state of Massachusetts, has completed OSHA safety training and is certified by the Red Cross in Adult First Aid/CPR/AED.

I truly enjoy coming to work every day. Not many people can say that. It is because of the construction challenges we tackle, but also because of the friendly work atmosphere.

As Â鶹Íøվ’s Vice President of Engineering & Sitework, Robert oversees all in-house civil engineering services, including permitting, site preparation, and utility design. He is responsible for coordinating with clients on conceptual layouts for new developments and working with them to identify value engineering opportunities during preconstruction.

Robert earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth and is a Registered Professional Engineer and Certified Soil Evaluator in the state of Massachusetts. Robert is also a LEED® Accredited Professional.

As Â鶹Íøվ’s in-house architect, Shawn is responsible for ensuring a thorough and in-depth review of all project documents, from initial design through final completion. During the preconstruction phase, Shawn oversees assessment of site use and density, constructability review, code analysis, and scope coordination.

Frank earned his bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology and graduated from Harvard University Graduate School of Design. He holds architectural professional licenses in Massachusetts and the District of Columbia.

We are an established construction management firm, but we are constantly evolving. Our leadership values new processes and technologies, and that’s a benefit to our clients and employees.

As Vice President of Internal Operations, Jessica oversees and provides critical guidance for the internal operations for all teams and initiatives. Jessica is responsible for operational staffing, developing, and implementing process improvements and procedure development, as well as training, mentoring and employee engagement.

Jessica joined Â鶹ÍøÕ¾ in 2013 as a Project Manager and was soon promoted to Project Executive, serving clients across multiple market sectors.  She earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology.  She has participated in OSHA safety training and is a Certified Engineer in Training.

Work is challenging yet fun just about every day. Working with people to solve issues and create the new places we build every day is a great and rewarding job.

Dan is responsible for evaluating and managing enterprise-wide risks with a focus on contracts and insurance programs. He leverages his legal expertise to work closely with executive leadership on construction transactions, as well as successful resolution of disputes and litigation. Dan is involved in the mitigation of risk at all levels of construction from ownership to subcontractors.

Dan earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut School of Law and a bachelors in political science from the University of Connecticut.

The energy at Â鶹ÍøÕ¾ is contagious. The people here rise to any challenge with professionalism and drive, finding solutions with quality, integrity and confidence.

As QA/QC Manager, Will works with project teams, clients, architects, engineers, and 3rd party consultants to ensure QA/QC standards meet or exceed project expectations. Will is responsible for developing mockup and scope clarifications to align design intentions with project delivery goals and development of project specific quality control guidelines.

Will earned a master’s degree in architecture from Washington University. He is a LEED® AP, member of the American Society for Quality and is a Certified Passive House Builder.

At Â鶹ÍøÕ¾, it’s the people that sets us apart from others.  It truly feels like we are an extension of the Â鶹ÍøÕ¾ family.

As the director of safety, Adam leads Â鶹Íøվ’s safety program.  He is responsible for developing and implementing safety programs, while continually educating our teams to lead a culture of safe work practices.  Adam works with our self-perform divisions, while partnering with our subcontractors to enhance their performance through education and planning.

Adam earned a bachelor’s degree in safety management from Indiana State University.  He holds the designation as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) and is an active member of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP).

It has been gratifying to see the ways that Â鶹ÍøÕ¾ has grown, even in a highly competitive marketplace. I look forward to building on that momentum, and to creating even more efficient processes.

As General Superintendent, Tony oversees all phases of a project from initial planning to completion. He is responsible for providing resources that include staffing, training, and career tracking to all project teams to ensure the project’s completion within budget, schedule, and quality standards. He also assists in the development and implementation of new and current policies.

Tony earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology with a concentration in construction technology from Fitchburg State University. He holds a Construction Supervisor License from the state of Massachusetts and has completed OSHA safety training. He is a Certified Passive House Builder as well as NFPA Hot Works and Red Cross Adult First Aid/CPR/AED certified.

I am excited to be a part of the Â鶹ÍøÕ¾ team and deliver impactful messaging highlighting our amazing people, projects, and our company’s greater value in the marketplace.

As Director of Marketing, David oversees all aspects of Â鶹Íøվ’s corporate marketing, including advertising, public relations, social media, and internal and external communications.

David has 30 years of experience in marketing for the commercial real estate and AEC industries. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and an MBA from Suffolk University.

What excites me most about working at Â鶹ÍøÕ¾ is the company’s commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace where diverse perspectives are truly valued. I am also deeply inspired by the opportunity to collaborate with the project teams to seamlessly integrate D&I principles into impactful projects that not only benefit the organization but also create a positive ripple effect within the broader community.

Anastasie manages the Â鶹ÍøÕ¾ Diversity and Inclusion Program, as well as the associated goals and commitments ensuring Â鶹ÍøÕ¾ is aligned with promoting diversity and inclusion throughout our projects and work sites.

Holding 15 years of experience driving workforce development as well as technical skills with database softwares to track diverse business participation, Anastasie provides clients with the assurance that diversity requirements will be well managed.

As Human Resources Director, Nancy oversees all the Human Resources functions in our day-to-day operations. She is responsible for HR compliance, benefits administration, employee relations, training and development, onboarding new employees, data administration and documentation as well as talent and performance management.

Nancy earned a Master of Science in Management degree and Bachelor of Arts degree from Emmanuel College.

Our team is always ready to think outside the box, and you can see it in the quality of our work. I’m proud of the value that we bring to our clients.

Phil is responsible for managing Â鶹Íøվ’s partnerships with existing clients, subcontractors, city officials, and community stakeholders, while at the
same time building new relationships. Phil manages Â鶹Íøվ’s project pipeline in NY, NJ and CT.
