Â鶹ÍøÕ¾ provided construction management services for this 11,000 SF office complex that included the modernization of common area space, bathrooms and exterior renovations. The exterior renovation required removing and replacing the stairs and walkways at the main entrance of the building. The building was also occupied and Â鶹ÍøÕ¾ coordinated maintained access and egress throughout the phased construction.
