Â鶹ÍøÕ¾ provided construction management services for Laurelwood at the Pinehills, a new 3-story, 88,000 SF senior living community. The building has a traditional New England Gambrel roof and warm Cape Cod design and features a combination of studio, 1-2-bedroom assisted living and independent living apartments. A 29-unit apartment memory care wing is incorporated into the design for residents with memory impairments or Alzheimer’s Disease. Amenities include common dining rooms and living rooms, a theatre room, salon, pub and a library. Resident parking consists of a 9,000 SF below-grade parking garage and 60 ground level spaces.
