Â鶹ÍøÕ¾ provided construction management services for this new wood framed apartment complex. The complex has 163 residential units and a 6,000 SF day care facility over a 56,000 SF single story parking structure. Amenities include an elevated courtyard, a swimming pool and a fitness center. The project was categorized as a Brownfield Redevelopment Site, which required the removal of approximately 17,000 cubic yards of coal contaminated soils. Due to the finding of poor subsurface conditions additional materials were exported from the site of roughly 8000 cubic yards. This was a challenging site as we working right next to railroad tracks and had to comply with all the regulations that come with that.
