Â鶹ÍøÕ¾ provided preconstruction and construction services for this 180,000 SF office and lab building with a 442-space standalone precast garage. The project hosts best-in-class amenities spaces including a fitness center and meeting spaces, upgraded exterior landscape elements and a rooftop penthouse with roof screen to encompass the mechanical equipment. The building includes a state-of-the-art, lab-ready infrastructure, LEED Gold and Well Building certifications. Â鶹ÍøÕ¾ also performed each of the 5 interior labratory / office fit-outs within the building.
