Â鶹ÍøÕ¾ provided construction management services a for the renovation of the Sheraton Needham Hotel in Needham, MA. The project included a new porte cochere, lobby renovations including check-in area and offices, construction of a new café restaurant, business area, bar area, and small ballroom. The project was phased to accommodate the needs of the hotel and within the confines of an active hotel schedule and open and active lobby.
