The Abby is a new, mixed-used, transit-oriented development located steps away from the MBTA Red Line North Quincy Station. Giving new life to a former parking lot, the project features 3 connected residential buildings with a total of 610 apartment units, along with 12,000 SF of amenity space, 25,000 SF of courtyard and outdoor space and 49,000 SF of retail space. Amenities at The Abby include a rooftop pool, high-end fitness center, community co-working spaces, and a Target within the building. The project also includes a 1,300-space precast MBTA garage.
