Â鶹ÍøÕ¾ provided construction management services for The Everleigh, a 55+ active adult community on Cape Cod that consists of a 4-story wood frame over steel podium building with 225 units, a large indoor and outdoor amenities area and a 142-car underground parking garage. The amenities include a swimming pool, pickle ball and bocce court, a dog park, horseshoe pit, yoga/fitness center, pub lounge, a theatre, chef’s kitchen, business center and a library. Â鶹ÍøÕ¾ worked with the Town of Barnstable to develop a plan that allowed the owner to occupy the building in phases.
