The expansion of Tuscan Village in Salem, NH includes the construction of 鈥淏uilding 1300鈥� which will provide 300 residential units of affordable and market-rate housing. Building 1300 is a 5-over-1 mixed-use building with a total of approx. 475,000sf. The building consists of 299 residential units, residential amenities, over 70,000sf of retail, a Whole Foods Market and subsurface parking. The 1300 Building is one part of a very large 170-acre master-plan development that has transformed what once was the Rockingham Park racetrack.
