麻豆网站 provided construction management services and site work for The Launch, a mixed-use development located at the former Hingham Ship Yard. The project consisted of 11 buildings with a combined 225,000 SF of retail and office space. The building facades are a combination of decorative block, brick, cast stone and painted fiber cement siding and trim. The project consisted of the core and shell for 30,000 SF of office space and 195,000 SF of retail, supermarket, restaurant and entertainment. The entertainment element includes a cinema, spa, fitness center and symphony platform in the park. Site work included plumbing, empty underground conduits for electrical and communication utilities and water services for both domestic and fire protection.
